How far along? 28 Weeks! Only 12 more to go (if she isn’t early)
Baby is now the size of: Head of Cauliflower
Gender: A GIRL
Weight Gain: Another 2 pounds! Gained 10 thus far making me 125. The doctor says 25 total pounds is healthy for my frame so if I continue with the 1 pound every week I’ll be a-okay.
Movement: I can now feel her little body parts pushing against the belly. So weird but so surreal.
Food cravings: I’m still on the Boston Cream donuts and smoothies. Funny enough, I’m back at Booster Juice. My Freshii home flooded and they are closed for repairs so back to Booster Juice I go (until they open). That Freshii Green smoothie is my FAV! For now, I test the Booster juice menu 🙂
Food aversions: I haven’t had a ton of interest in full dinner type meals. Appetite is low but I think it’s stress related.
Purchases: You’ll have to wait and see for this weeks goodies.
Emotional moment this week: I have been really struggling with some outside stressors. Trying to keep positive has been a main goal of mine while growing this bundle but sometimes it totally tears me down.
Doctor’s Update: Everything is growing to pace. Glucose test came back fine. Although my blood pressure was “really” low according to the nurse at my appointment. We reviewed some ways of trying to get it back to normal.
Nursery Update: The dresser is finished and being moved into the room tonight! Now we slowly put it together.
What I’m wearing: I’ve been keeping a good balance between clothes I already own and maternity clothing until now. I am finding that my regular stuff is getting too tight and too small and a lot of my dresses have been out for awhile. Here comes Pink Blush Maternity to the rescue! I was so excited to come across this company that specializes in comfortable, stylish, and always affordable maternity clothes. Their selection of maternity dresses is outstanding and definitely fills the void in my closet. These 28 week photos include a really cute maternity dress from their line. I can definitely vouch that their maternity clothing is of high quality and is extremely comfortable. The fabric is not see-through (which I find is a huge problem in maxi dresses) and is so soft and comfortable. I could live in the dresses I chose. I am actually planning on wearing one of their styles for my maternity photos in October (I’m telling you, they are so trendy) and you may just see an appearance of another one at my baby shower later this month. I visit their site often looking for new arrivals that I can add to my closet as I honestly really adore their stuff. An amazing maternity boutique you should definitely check out!
