How far along? 33 Weeks! Finish line is getting close!
Baby is now the size of: Honeydew Melon. And boy am I starting to “feel” it!
Movement: Oh yes. One of her little body parts seems to always be pushed out against my right side. I’m starting to think its her knee. Beau’s sister got married this weekend and when their family commitment song came on (We are Family from Ice Age) our little girl was bouncing away like crazy! It was magical! Beau’s reaction to her boogying was also amazing. I’ll definitely be playing that specific song to her when she arrives.
Food cravings: Chocolate! This week’s ritual was waking up and making a hot chocolate to start the day, amongst nibbling on those darn no name chocolate chip cookies and wanting chocolate bars. Something about that melt in your mouth flavour. I have also had french toast every morning for breakfast (alongside my usual pre-pregnancy daily banana).
Purchases: I don’t think I’ve purchased anything new for her this week. Although a small business I have been eyeing reached out to me to do a collaboration and I just can’t wait to share with you (after she arrives).
New Symptom: I wake up and my belly is always hard as a rock. It freaks me out but softens up throughout the day.
Photo Confession: Beau was held up at work today and I didn’t want a repeat of last week sans images so I took these images myself. A 10 second self timer is not enough when you’re running 20 feet through brush in a long dress! Not to mention the focusing was a nightmare. Nonetheless, here’s the growing bump at week 33!
