Since my weekly update posts are images from a transition into a new week and a recap of the week that passed and this post is a little late, I can’t remember much from my 37th week other than tackling our home for baby. Honestly what a whirlwind! We are really cutting it to the wire with these renos and there have been a lot of compromises in regards to what is “put on hold” so major things can be completed for baby.
How far along? 38 Weeks (as of November 10)
Baby is now the size of: Pumpkin (let’s hope just a little pumpkin).
Movement: Loving every minute and just trying to soak it all in before she comes out. I truly love being pregnant with this little girl.
Food cravings: I think I’ve had a Freshii Green Smoothie every day this past week! It doesn’t help that it’s located right near the dog park that I frequent daily.
Nursery Update: Oh gosh, is it ever getting cute! I’m excited to share the reveal… but not until after she arrives as I have a couple DIYs I need completed first.
Renovation Update: We’ve been working away night and day! Upper main level (including kitchen) is coming along. The kitchen install did happen and the cabinetry is in! Appliances have also been placed in their homes and hardware is up. Crown moulding is also complete. Beau is working hard at doing the entire main level flooring and I’m whipping around cleaning frantically (nesting is no joke when you’re in renos). We await countertops, some shelving and the sink (amongst a few extras).
Doctor’s Appointment: No weight gain this week again, still sitting at exactly 132.6 pounds. Nothing else to really report. Baby has a birthday scheduled (how weird is that!).
